Hi, I'm Manik, the Founder of Property Buyer's Advisory. Let me begin by sharing my story to showcase why we're so committed to what we do:
Back in 2015, my family and I moved from India to Australia, hoping for a fresh start. Things weren't easy at first – no job prospects, and my wife had to get her degrees recognised to work here. I spent about 6 months looking for work in my field (medical devices), but no luck. So, I turned to marketing my family’s fashion business, which I still do today.
I had invested in property back in India, and I knew if done right, it could give us financial freedom. That's why, right from the start, we aimed to buy our first property. We worked hard, saved up, and finally achieved our goal in 2019 – our very own home in Melbourne.
As time went on, we added more properties to our portfolio and was helping a few friends invest in properties as well. It's during the process of acquiring investment properties, I applied some smart strategies for building wealth through property. This discovery, along with my love for real estate, led me to become a buyer's agent. I then started working as a selling agent, I noticed that many of the investors I met, didn't have a plan.
They were investing just because others were doing it. This solidified my belief of becoming a buyer’s agent so I could help people generate and grow their wealth though property investment, thus starting Property Buyer's Advisory (PBA).
