Our story
Property Buyer’s Advisory was founded by Manik Sethi after firsthand experience with the challenges property buyers and sellers face when navigating an industry full of conflicts of interest.
After migrating to Australia, Manik built his own property portfolio and saw how easily poor advice, rushed decisions, and misaligned incentives could lead to costly mistakes. This experience shaped a clear belief — property decisions should be guided by strategy, data, and independent advice, not sales pressure.
Over time, this philosophy extended beyond buying. Manik began supporting families selling a parent’s or relative’s home, often to fund aged care, and saw how stressful and confusing the selling process could be without independent guidance.
PBA (Property Buyer’s Advisory) was created to support both sides of the property journey — buying and selling — with calm, structured advice and client-first representation.
